Making Haute Horlogerie is a Team Effort!

In order to preserve the art and spirit of pushing the line of what is mechanically possible in a wristwatch we have been and still are recruiting the very best young watchmakers from all around Europe and the world. After joining us we immediately start further educate them in the often very complex methods of making watches by hand. About 9 month in they are fully trained on making a Tourbillon all by themselves!

It’s not just about great watches. It’s also being a team. As a team we are like a family. All our work is done on a foundation of respect, friendship and creativity but as well the dedication to precision and perfectionism. Building nice things together is great but hugs and high fives for reunion after summer break is what really makes it a wonderful undertaking!
